Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The item is unopened and unused in its original packaging.

  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery.

  • For defective items, proof of the defect (photo or video) is required.

  • Items showing signs of physical damage due to misuse are not eligible for return.

2. Defective or DOA (Dead on Arrival) Products

  • If your CPU or GPU arrives damaged or non-functional, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will provide a replacement or full refund after inspection.

  • Shipping costs for defective returns will be covered by us.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products with broken seals or tampered packaging

  • Items registered with the manufacturer (e.g., warranty activated)

  • Customized or OEM-only hardware

4. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

5. Return Shipping

  • For change-of-mind returns, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping the receipt.

6. How to Initiate a Return

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photo or video evidence (if applicable)

  • Our support team will guide you through the return process.
