3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, product weight, and package size.

Free shipping may be offered for orders over HKD 5000.

6. Delays and Lost Packages

We are not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, customs, holidays, or courier issues.

We will review the case and offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the situation.
8. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If the package is returned due to an incorrect address or the recipient’s failure to accept delivery, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds (excluding original shipping cost) may be issued only after the item is returned in its original condition.
