1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving full payment.

  • Orders will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Regions

We currently ship to the following regions:

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, product weight, and package size.

  • Free shipping may be offered for orders over HKD 5000.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to you.

  • You may track your order via the shipping carrier’s official tracking page.

6. Delays and Lost Packages

  • We are not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, customs, holidays, or courier issues.

  • If your order is lost or delayed beyond 15 business days, please contact us. We will assist you in initiating a claim with the courier.

7. Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package.

  • Provide clear photos of the product and outer packaging.

  • We will review the case and offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the situation.

8. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

  • If the package is returned due to an incorrect address or the recipient’s failure to accept delivery, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

  • Refunds (excluding original shipping cost) may be issued only after the item is returned in its original condition.
